An International Seminar and MoU Signing Ceremony on the topic “Next Generation Drug Delivery and Translational Pharmacology from Design to Regulatory Science” organized at Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Pharmacy, Krishnankovil, in association with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association – South TN Branch.
The programme was presided over by Dr. Arivazagi Sridharan, Chairman & Correspondent. The seminar conducted under the guidance of Dr. S. Shasi Anand, Secretary, and Er. S. Arjun Kalasalingam, Director.
The welcome address was delivered by Principal Prof. Dr. N. Venkatesan. Dr. G. Yuvaraj, Managing Director, CRC Group – Drug Discovery Network, Chennai, and Prof. B. Hari Baskar, Research Associate, University of Vienna, Austria, participated as the chief guests, inaugurated the seminar, and delivered keynote addresses.
S. Ragul, Senior Research Scientist, BDR Pharmaceutical International Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat, and B. Sindhu, Scientific Assistant, Pasteur Institute of India, Govt. of India, Coonoor, Ooty, participated as resource persons and interacted with the students by sharing valuable insights during the seminar.
An MoU was also signed between BDR Pharmaceutical and Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Pharmacy to strengthen academic and industrial collaboration. The vote of thanks was delivered by S. Rohini. Professors, researchers, healthcare professionals, and students actively participated in the seminar and benefited from the programme.
