Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, Chairman of the Akhila Sevak Samaj Council (ASSC), has congratulated senior Congress leader D.K. Shivakumar on being selected as the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) Leader and the next Chief Minister of Karnataka.
Describing the development as a significant moment in Karnataka’s political landscape, Dr. Mallappa said Shivakumar’s appointment is a recognition of his decades of dedicated public service, administrative experience, and strong organizational leadership. He noted that Shivakumar has consistently demonstrated the ability to connect with people at the grassroots level while advancing the party’s vision for development and social progress.
