On the occasion of the birthdays of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay and Handloom Minister Vijay Balaji, a welfare distribution program was organized at 80 Feet Road, Periyar Nagar.
In this event, welfare assistance was provided to nearly 2,000 beneficiaries. A total of 700 women received sarees, 600 families received rice, and 600 students were given school bags, notebooks, pens, and tiffin boxes.
The program was presided over by Minister Vijay Balaji, who personally distributed the welfare materials and addressed the gathering.
District Joint Secretary Hkkim welcomed the participants. The event was attended by District Deputy Secretary Prakash, District Merchants’ Wing Organizer Satheesh Kumar, Former Councillor Jabar Sadiq, Periyar Nagar Area Secretary Saravanan, Joint Secretary Arivarasan, along with party administrators, volunteers, and Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam functionaries.
