Fire-Boltt has announced its entry into the smartphone market with the launch of boltt, a new Made-in-India smartphone brand. Backed by Fire-Boltt's ecosystem of over 4 crore users, the company aims to sell 1 million smartphones and will offer both 4G and 5G devices under the Evo and Ace series. The smartphones will be available through Flipkart and other distribution channels.
Arnav Kishore, Founder & CEO, boltt, said the launch marks the next phase of Fire-Boltt's growth, leveraging its consumer insights and technology expertise to build smartphones designed specifically for Indian consumers. Manufactured in India, the devices will focus on reliability, innovation, accessibility, and delivering value for everyday users.
Mukund Kedia, Senior Director, Flipkart, said the partnership will make premium smartphone experiences more accessible across metros as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. With Flipkart's extensive distribution network and boltt's affordable smartphone portfolio, the brand plans a nationwide rollout, with more product details to be announced in the coming weeks.
