Transport Corporation of India Ltd. (TCI), India's leading integrated multimodal logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹12,548 million, up 9.1% year-on-year from ₹11,506 million. EBITDA increased 5.2% to ₹1,599 million, while Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹1,066 million, marginally declining 0.6% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, Transport Corporation of India Ltd., said the company delivered a steady first-quarter performance in line with expectations, supported by strong demand from the automotive, consumer goods and quick-commerce fulfilment sectors. Although industries such as chemicals, tiles and packaging were impacted by the war, TCI's diversified multimodal operations and pan-India branch network helped maintain operational stability.
Looking ahead, Transport Corporation of India Ltd. (TCI) expects demand to strengthen during the festive season, driven by improving market momentum and seasonal consumption. The company is also accelerating investments in technology and AI-led capabilities to improve forecasting, route optimisation, automation, service quality, cost efficiency and sustainability across its operations.
