Srivilliputhur, Kalasalingam University and Young Indians (Yi) Sivakasi, an initiative of CII, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The Chancellor Dr. S. Arivalagi Sridharan presided.
Varsity Vice President Dr. S. Shasi Anand and Mrs. Mano Chitra, Yuva Chair signed in the MoU in presence of the Vice Chancellor Dr. S. Narayanan,and The Registrar Dr. V.Vasudevan.
Representing Yi Sivakasi were Yuvanath, Chair – Yi Sivakasi, Bala Tamilvanan, Chair – Entrepreneurship and Adiban, Yuva Co-Chair.
Yuvanath, Chair – Yi, said 'This MoU aims to strengthen industry–academia collaboration and provide students with opportunities in youth leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, industry exposure and social impact initiatives.
Representing the University were Dr. H. Ahamed Fazeel Akram Director-Architecture Dr.B. Baranitharan, Deputy Director -S. A, Dr.A Arivarasan, Director (I/c)- IEDC, and all University clubs Staff Co-ordinators, presented in the occasion and discussed on the Plan of activities.
