“I am from Patna. I often visit this Marine Drive on weekends. The place is very beautiful. There is a pleasant breeze and plenty of tasty street food available,” said Krishna Kumar.
Chicken-based food items such as chicken litti, chicken kebab, chicken tikka, Crunchy Momo and Kurkure Momo have also become popular among youngsters. “The tea here is excellent. You must definitely try the speciality tea,” said Roshan.
Before the development of this road, travelling from the eastern to the western part of Patna could take up to three hours due to traffic congestion. “Now, after the Marine Drive was opened, the travel time has come down to 45 minutes,” said Shadab Alam.
