The programme was held under the leadership of Minister Nirmal Kumar. MLA Karthikeyan, MLA Er. Gopisan and Mamaduraiyar Akila Ulaga Thalaivar Dr. K. Thirumurugan were present.
TVK Tirupparankundram constituency district secretary Marudhu Pandian, constituency district member Koodalingam, area secretary S. Muthumani, area joint secretary M. Selvakumar, ward secretaries K. Sivasubramanian and M. Viji Manikandan, along with other party functionaries, participated in the event.
Subsequently, various special programmes were organised in the Chinthamani area under the arrangements of advocate Sarath and former councillor Subramanian. The events included traditional ear-piercing ceremonies, milk-pot processions and special competitions for children, with Dr. K. Thirumurugan participating in the programme.
On the occasion of Mrs. Radha Jayalakshmi’s birthday, her trust distributed educational scholarships, notebooks, pens and sweets to students.
The programme was organised with the objective of encouraging the education of underprivileged students. Educational materials and financial assistance were provided to students, while special competitions were also conducted to showcase the talents of children.
