To mark its 70th anniversary, an awareness-raising doubles badminton tournament was organized by the Palani branch of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) in collaboration with the Sun Shuttle Club in Oddanchatram.
Kanagaraj, Senior Consultant for the Palani region of LIC, welcomed the participating players and the public, and spoke to the players about the benefits of LIC.
K.S. Vijayan, Chairman of the Sun Shuttle Club, presided over the event.
Dr. Nachimuthu, Chairman of Sri Kumaran Hospital, inaugurated the tournament.
Dr. Asaithambi, President of the Dindigul District General Practitioners' Association, distributed prizes to the winners.
The tournament arrangements were made by Jayakumar, Secretary of the Sun Shuttle Club, along with the club members.
