From administrative services to banking, railways, and public safety, government jobs span across a wide range of departments and sectors, offering diverse career opportunities. However, securing a government job is not an easy task. It requires rigorous preparation, dedication, and a clear understanding of the competitive examination landscape.
The program "Pathway to Government Careers: Mastering Competitive Exams for Central and State Jobs," is organized by the Department of Commerce, Research and Extension Centre of Mother Teresa Women’s University at Madurai ,to provide students with a comprehensive roadmap to navigate the competitive exam process in association with National Institute of Banking, Madurai.
Dr S.Valli Devasena, the organizing secretary welcomed the gathering. The coordinator of NIB, Madurai Mr.Pathy briefed their institution aims, goals and achievements and then Mr.Venkatachalam, the Managing Director, of the program covers the major exams conducted by central and state government bodies, including their eligibility criteria, syllabus, selection processes, preparation strategies, and success stories of those who have already walked this path. Finally the mock test was conducted to motivate them. All the students participated enthusiastically.
