Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, a leading network of eye care centers in India, opened its new hospital in Vellore offering best infrastructure and facilities. Chief Guest Shri. P. Karthikeyan, Hon’ble MLA, Vellore inaugurated the new hospital in the presence of Guest of Honor, Smt. A. Sujatha Anadakumar, Hon’ble Mayor, Vellore.
Located at Valasa Street, the hospital occupies 10,000 sq ft area, boasts latest facilities to provide efficient diagnosis and treatment. It will be operated by over 20 doctors alongside a paramedical and non-paramedical team of 50 staff members. The hospital will deliver eye care needs featuring modern equipment, including a modular operation theatre, specialised units for cataract, glaucoma, retinal diseases, diabetic retinopathy, pediatric, corneal care, and an on-site pharmacy. To celebrate the inauguration, the hospital is providing free consultations for all age groups until 31 December 2024.
In his address, Shri. P. Karthikeyan, Hon’ble MLA, Vellore said, “Over the years, Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital has established itself as a total eyecare destination delivering premium services in eyecare. I am happy to inaugurate the new hospital. With changing lifestyles and longer screen times, there has been an increase in eye issues especially children and I urge everyone to periodically check their eyes.”
