Audit week 2024, celebrations of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department concluded on 25.11.24 in the open air auditorium of AG Tamilnadu at Teynampet
The programme began with folkdances by the South zone cultural Centre, Thanjavur. The guests were welcomed by Dr.K P Anand, IAAS, Pr.AG(Audit)II TN &P.
The Honble Speaker of the Tamilnadu Assembly Shri M Appavu was the chief guest and the Chairpersons of State PAC shri K Selvaperunthagai and COPU Shri A P Nandakumar were the guests of honour. The Chief Guest praised the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, their meticuluous methodology of conducting and reporting of Audit. The Chairperson also complimented the department recalling the contributions being made by audit.
Eminent sports persons of the department and winners of competitions conducted in connection with the AUDIT WEEK were honoured awards. The artists from South Zone Cultural Centre were also presented with certificates of appreciation.
