MiPhi Semiconductors Private Limited, an Indian semiconductor company founded by Micromax Informatics and Phison Electronics, successfully concluded its MiPhi Al Summit '24 on December 19th, at the D'Wayfarer Inn Resort in Erode. Organized in partnership with ByteLink, Smriti Corporation, and NVIG, the summit gathered representatives from nearly 100 educational institutions across South India, along with companies working in the Ai space seeking innovative and cost-effective Ai solutions.

Led by CEO Mr. Prasad Balakrishnan and MiPhi's R&D team, the summit provided an in-depth look at the MiPhi's Ai Systems and Solutions. These offerings are designed to address the high costs and technological barriers that often impede Ai adoption particularly in educational institutions, startups, and SMEs. During the event, participants witnessed live demos featuring aiDAPTIV+ technology that enables training Ai models ranging from 13 billion to 405 billion parameters all while reducing reliance on expensive datacentre-like infrastructure.

"We are committed to democratizing artificial intelligence," said Mr. Balakrishnan. "Our aiDAPTIV+technology substantially lowers operational costs, enabling institutions and small businesses to embrace Ai without the heavy financial burden of traditional infrastructures."

Throughout the summit, delegates learned how MiPhi's solutions can support a wide range of Ai use cases at a fraction of the conventional cost. By tackling the prohibitive expense and complexity of Ai deployments, MiPhi aims to foster greater adoption of artificial intelligence in educational and commercial settings. Attendees departed with a clear understanding of how these innovations can enhance Ai-based training, research, and solution development in their own organizations.
