JCI Madurai Meenakshi marked a proud milestone by successfully organizing Zone 29’s 1st Zone Level Effective Public Speaking (EPS) Workshop for Juniors, hosted at Guhan Matriculation School, Theppakulam. This two-day workshop was designed to empower young minds in the 12–17 age group, helping them build confidence and communication skills through structured and interactive training sessions.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from vibrant juniors who showed immense potential and eagerness to learn the art of public speaking. The energy and passion of these budding speakers were truly commendable.
The event was piloted by Jc Bala Prema Devi, whose dynamic leadership ensured the smooth flow of the training. She was ably supported by Jc Madhumitha and JFM Nithya, who served as co-pilots and co-trainers. Their combined efforts delivered an engaging, enriching experience that inspired the juniors to express themselves with clarity, courage, and conviction.
The EPS workshop included activities focused on voice modulation, stage presence, content preparation, and overcoming stage fear. The hands-on approach and constant motivation from the trainers created a nurturing environment for the young participants.
