The 1996-2000 Badge Alumni silver jubilee Reunion was held at Kalasalingam University, Srivilliputhur, Chancellor Dr. K. Sridharan presided.
Pro Chancellor Dr. S. Arivazagi Sridharan and Registrar Dr. V. Vasudevan spoke in the lead.
University Alumni Association President R. Murugeswari welcomed the gathering. 150 engineering alumni from 14 countries including Texas, Canada, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Austria, Melbourne, etc., visited the university campus, classrooms, hostels, and shared their memories with the faculty, students, technicians, and officials. Muthukumar, an alumnus, moderated the program. Selvaraj spoke about green past events. The Alumni presented two "Drinking Water Purification Units" to the Chancellor. Alumni Murugan, Suruli, Sathis, Salomon, and Gopinath organized the reunion ceremony after communicating for several days. Sriram vijay expressed gratitudes to all.
The children of former students performed Bharata Natyam and Silambamtam. Professors K.S. Thanalakshmi, S. Kailasam, and P. Balamurugan made excellent arrangements for the ceremony.
