Rithvik Sanjeevi from Hatsun Badminton Centre, has won the Men's Singles Title at the Mangalore India International Challenge 2025 Badminton tournament held in Mangaluru on Sunday and thus brought pride to Tamil Nadu and India.
Ranked 60th globally, Rithvik 22, battled fiercely to claim victory in an intense final against compatriot Rounak Chouhan (14-21, 21-19, 21-19). This triumph marks his first title this season, further cementing his reputation as one of India’s top rising stars in badminton.
Rajnikanth, Head Coach at Hatsun Badminton Centre, expressed immense pride in Rithvik’s achievement: "Rithvik’s dedication, hard work, and the centre’s coaching have created a champion we are all proud of. We remain committed to nurturing such talent and shaping the future of Indian badminton."

Other notable performances at the tournament included Mansi Singh’s win in the Women’s Singles and Dhruv Rawat-Maneesha Kukkapalli’s Mixed Doubles title, showcasing the strength of Indian badminton on multiple fronts.
