Nova IVF Fertility has expanded its footprint in Tamil Nadu by launching its 10th fertility clinic in Vellore, strengthening access to advanced reproductive care across cities including Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirappalli, Tirupur, and Erode. With Tamil Nadu’s Total Fertility Rate declining to around 1.3–1.4—well below the replacement level of 2.1—the move highlights a growing need for accessible fertility solutions beyond metro cities.
According to Shobhit Agarwal, the organization aims to provide transparent, ethical, and high-quality care across tier 1 and tier 2 regions, reducing the need for couples to travel to larger cities. The Vellore centre is equipped with advanced IVF labs and experienced specialists, focusing on helping couples conceive using their own eggs and sperm wherever possible.
Experts at the Vellore centre, including Dr. Sarina, note that infertility affects both men and women almost equally (40% each, with 20% combined causes). Key factors include delayed parenthood, lifestyle changes, and hormonal conditions like PCOS, which impacts nearly 25–30% of women seeking treatment. The centre offers comprehensive fertility care, including medical management and advanced Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), reinforcing Nova IVF Fertility’s commitment to accessible, personalized, and outcome-driven treatment across India.
