LG Electronics outlined its vision for an “AI Home” ecosystem built on its concept of Affectionate Intelligence, aiming to create a “Zero Labor Home” where everyday tasks are simplified through proactive, personalized automation. The system is designed to go beyond device connectivity and instead understand household routines, anticipate user needs, and deliver seamless experiences across appliances, software, and services powered by the evolving ThinQ ecosystem.

The architecture is built on three core pillars: AI-powered appliances, ThinQ AI orchestration, and autonomous home robots. These include smart appliances that learn user behavior, a centralized AI hub (ThinQ ON) that coordinates connected devices, and ecosystem integrations such as Homey from Athom supporting 50,000+ devices. LG also showcased its future-ready robotics vision through LG CLOiD, powered by its modular LG Actuator AXIUM, which enables physical task automation and coordination with appliances for real-world household assistance.

In India, LG highlighted strong momentum in premium appliances driven by rising incomes, urbanization, and demand for AI-enabled convenience. Leaders including Young Min Hwang and Baek Seung-Tae emphasized that Indian consumers are rapidly adopting smart washing machines, refrigerators, and connected systems. LG Electronics India Limited is strengthening local manufacturing to support this AI roadmap, ensuring faster rollout of intelligent appliances that align with its long-term vision of a fully connected, AI-driven home experience.
