A farewell function was organized by the first-year VDGDA Nursing students of National Academy Community College for the outgoing second-year VDGDA Nursing students.
The event was presided over by the college principal, Suresh Prabhakar. The programme featured a variety of cultural performances, including dance presentations and film songs performed by students.
Several games and competitions were also conducted during the event. Winners were awarded prizes and mementos in recognition of their achievements and participation.
As part of the celebrations, students cut a cake and enjoyed the occasion with music, dance, and entertainment.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Suresh Prabhakar delivered an emotional speech, stating that separation is not a matter of distance and that all the students would continue to hold a special place in his heart.
The farewell programme was successfully organized by the VDGDA Nursing students. Faculty members including Poovizhi, Shanthi, Poojai Malar, Sathakkathulla, Saddam Hussein, and Suresh participated in the event and extended their wishes to the outgoing students.
The programme concluded on a joyful note, with students and staff sharing memorable moments and best wishes for the future success of the graduating nursing students.
