The IIM Bangalore Alumni Association (IIMBAA) will organise the two-day IIMBue 2026 leadership conclave on August 1 and 2 at The Leela Bhartiya City in Bengaluru, bringing together over 1,500 delegates from across India and abroad to discuss the future of leadership, innovation and business transformation.

Themed "Changing the Orbit," the conclave will focus on how leaders can move beyond incremental progress and redefine the growth trajectory of their organisations in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, geopolitical shifts and rapidly evolving global markets.

Recognised as one of India's largest alumni-led leadership platforms, IIMBue will bring together business leaders, entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, academicians, innovators and alumni for discussions on emerging trends and opportunities across industries.

The event will feature keynote addresses, fireside chats, panel discussions and networking sessions. Confirmed speakers include Noel Naval Tata, Chairman of Tata Trusts; Siddharth Sharma, CEO of Tata Trusts; G.V. Prasad, Co-Chairman and Managing Director of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories; Anand Ramamoorthy, Founding Managing Director of Micron India; Ambassador Deepak Vohra; and actors Boman Irani and Bhumi Pednekar, among other distinguished personalities.

The programme will be structured around three major themes: New Geometry of Power, examining the changing global economic and geopolitical landscape; Redesigning Trajectory, focusing on organisational resilience and competitiveness; and Tech for Future Orbits, highlighting the role of artificial intelligence, deep technology and digital innovation in shaping industries.

Panel discussions will cover topics such as leadership in a multipolar world, healthcare expansion, frontier technologies, AI-driven transformation, growth strategies, sports leadership and the evolving role of media and entertainment.

IIMBAA President Harish Mittal said the pace of global change requires leaders to challenge conventional thinking and create new growth pathways. He said the conclave will provide a platform for leaders from business, venture capital, entrepreneurship, academia and public policy to exchange ideas and identify future opportunities.

The event will also feature a Venture Showcase connecting startups with investors and mentors, along with the IIMB Alumni Authors' Nook, where alumni authors will present their books and engage in discussions. Organisers said IIMBue 2026 aims to foster conversations that help shape the future of leadership and enterprise.
