Salesforce, the world’s #1 Agentic AI CRM, has partnered with Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd. (VHPL), one of West Bengal’s leading healthcare providers, to transform patient engagement through an AI-powered connected platform. Built on the Agentforce 360 Platform and integrated with the hospital’s Hospital Information Management System (HIMS), the solution unifies patient and doctor data, field operations, outreach and campaign management to deliver personalised care, automate patient enquiries and provide real-time insights.

The collaboration has already demonstrated tangible results during VHPL’s Mega Health Carnival in January 2026, where QR-code-enabled digital workflows captured over 600 patient enquiries in three days, enabling faster follow-up and improved community engagement. Arundhati Bhattacharya, President & CEO, Salesforce – South Asia, said AI will play a transformative role in healthcare by connecting trusted data, human expertise and intelligent technologies to create more personalised, accessible and efficient patient experiences.

Soumily Dutta, Director, Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd., said the partnership is creating a connected ecosystem that enhances patient engagement, doctor relationships and operational efficiency while keeping patients at the centre of care. Sumonjit Dutta, Director, Vivekananda Hospital Pvt. Ltd., added that the hospital plans to expand its digital transformation with AI-powered agents capable of helping patients book appointments and identify the right specialists based on their symptoms, making healthcare guidance available 24/7.
