CSIR-Structural Engineering Research Centre (CSIR-SERC), a premier national laboratory under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, dedicated to advanced research in structural engineering, materials, and design technologies has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, one of India’s leading academic institutions.
The MoU was formally signed at CSIR-SERC, in the presence of the Dr.N.Anandavalli, Director of CSIR-SERC, Chief Scientists, & officials from CSIR-SERC and Dr. Aparna Dey Ghosh, Professor, Department of Civil Engineering and Dean (Planning and Development), from IIEST, Shipbur.
Director, CSIR-SERC highlighted the importance of bridging cutting-edge research with academic excellence to nurture future talent. Dr. Aparna Dey Ghosh, IIEST, emphasized that the partnership will provide students and researchers with unique opportunities to engage in impactful projects.
This MoU marks a significant step toward fostering innovation, enhancing skill development, and building stronger industry-academia linkages.
