Dubai Chambers Signs Two MoUs to Boost Agentic AI Collaboration and India Trade Ties

Dubai Chambers has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) and the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) during a high-level visit to Bengaluru. The agreements aim to advance collaboration in Agentic AI and deeptech, strengthen bilateral trade and investment, and support Indian companies seeking to establish and expand in Dubai. The NASSCOM MoU focuses on knowledge sharing, innovation, market access, business delegations and industry collaboration, while the FKCCI agreement includes a Virtual Dubai Desk, market-entry guidance and business expansion support.


H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said Indian companies remain vital partners in Dubai’s growth and highlighted the significant opportunities created by Dubai’s drive to accelerate Agentic AI adoption. He noted that the initiative will enable Indian technology companies, innovators and specialists to contribute expertise, develop solutions and access Dubai’s advanced business ecosystem and international markets. During the visit, the Dubai Chambers delegation held eight meetings with leading organisations including Nasscom Deeptech, Confederation of Indian Industry Karnataka State Council (CII Karnataka), FKCCI and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Karnataka State Council (FICCI Karnataka).


The strong India-Dubai business relationship is reflected in 85,841 Indian companies being active members of Dubai Chamber of Commerce as of June 2026, marking 15% year-on-year growth, with 7,579 new Indian companies joining during H1 2026. Indian FDI into Dubai reached US$2.28 billion in 2025, while Dubai invested US$9.3 billion across 147 projects in India between 2016 and 2025, generating 55,274 jobs. Dubai International Chamber also operates representative offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru to strengthen connections between Indian businesses and Dubai’s global business ecosystem.
