A "Garbage Walk" rally was held at Al-Ameen Higher Secondary School.
It was organized by Tamil Nadu Science Movement, Madurai Ecology Team, and Madurai North Branch.
The school Headmaster Sheik Nabi started the rally. Antony Paul, District President of Tamil Nadu Science Movement, led the event. Shekar, North Branch Secretary, gave a welcome speech.
Former State President Dhinakaran spoke about garbage management. Members of Deepam Women Development Group also joined.
The rally started from Al Ameen Higher Secondary school and went through Lourdh Nagar and Alagar Nagar, then came back to the school.
Karpagavalli and Selvi from North Branch gave the vote of thanks. Members of Tamil Nadu Science Movement, Madurai North Branch organized the event.
