Ai+ Smartphone is expanding its after-sales infrastructure in India, with plans to establish more than 1,000 service touchpoints across the country. The company currently operates a network of 800+ service centres and will add over 200 centres as part of its latest expansion, bringing support services closer to customers across markets.
A key highlight of the initiative is the upcoming launch of Ai+ Smartphone’s first exclusive Service Centre in Delhi this Diwali. The facility will offer trained technical support, genuine spare parts, standardised repairs, software assistance, warranty services and device setup for Ai+ smartphone users. Service turnaround is expected to range from same-day resolution to up to seven days, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue.
Ai+ is also introducing the Ai+ Assistance App to make customer support more convenient and transparent. The unified platform will allow users to access device and warranty information, find nearby service centres, schedule service requests, generate and monitor service tickets, and receive troubleshooting assistance.
Madhav Sheth, CEO, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies (Ai+ Smartphone), said that the company views after-sales support as an important part of the overall smartphone ownership experience. He added that expanding the service network, establishing the dedicated Delhi centre and launching the Assistance App are aimed at ensuring customers can access reliable support wherever they are.
Through the combination of an expanded service network and digital support platform, Ai+ Smartphone aims to provide greater convenience and visibility throughout the customer service journey, reinforcing its commitment to dependable support beyond the point of purchase.
