LG Electronics India has been honoured with two prestigious accolades at the 25th Asia Pacific HRM Congress Awards 2026 in Bengaluru. The company was recognized among the Top Organizations with Innovative HR Practices for its initiatives in leadership development, organizational capability, workplace culture, employee experience, and talent development. Mr. Jwa Nam Kim, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO), LG Electronics India, also received the Most Impactful HR Leader Award for driving HR transformation and positioning people as a strategic enabler of business growth.
The recognitions align with LG Electronics India’s vision of “Make in India, Make for India, and Make India Global,” with people and organizational capability at the centre of sustainable growth. The company has also been Great Place to Work® Certified for 2024 and 2025 and received the National Best Employer Brand Award 2026 from the World HRD Congress. Mr. Jwa Nam Kim was additionally conferred the Top HR Iconic Leader Award for his contribution to building a high-performing and people-centric organization.
