RINAC India Limited and Gonvarri Material Handling (GMH) have established CONSTRUCTOR RINAC Private Limited, a joint venture focused on integrated warehouse storage, intralogistics and cold-chain solutions in India. The partnership combines GMH’s European engineering expertise with RINAC’s Indian market knowledge, customer relationships and project execution capabilities.
CONSTRUCTOR RINAC will offer solutions for both cold and ambient warehouses, including pallet racking, high-density storage, mobile racking/MOVO, pallet shuttle systems, rack-clad warehouses, and semi-automated and automated storage solutions. The JV aims to help Indian businesses optimise warehouse space, improve storage density and adopt technology-enabled operations while strengthening local engineering, project management and after-sales support.
Commenting on the launch, P.V. Balasubramanian, Managing Director, RINAC India Limited, said the joint venture is a natural progression of the companies’ longstanding relationship and will combine global engineering expertise with strong local capabilities to address India’s evolving warehousing needs. Sergio Rodriguez, CEO, Gonvarri Material Handling, said India is an important growth market and the partnership will bring GMH’s global storage expertise closer to customers in the region.
