Xiaomi India has launched the REDMI Note 17 Pro Series, featuring the REDMI Note 17 Pro and REDMI Note 17 Pro Max, combining high-capacity batteries, durability, advanced imaging and performance. The Pro Max comes with a 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery and 100W Xiaomi HyperCharge, while the Pro features a 9,000mAh battery with 67W HyperCharge. Both models offer IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K protection, Corning Gorilla Victus 2 and SGS and TÜV Five-Star quality certifications.
The series features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED Super Sunlight Display with up to 3,500 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz refresh rate. The REDMI Note 17 Pro Max also features a 50MP OIS main camera, 8MP ultrawide camera and 32MP front camera, while the Pro comes with a 50MP OIS main camera and 16MP front camera. Both devices support creative photography modes, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and 5G connectivity.
Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Singh Arora, Chief Business Officer, Xiaomi India, said the REDMI Note 17 Pro Series is designed to push the boundaries of what consumers can expect from a mid-range smartphone, offering greater battery endurance, durability, imaging and performance. The REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G will be available from September 17, 2026, and the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G from September 23, 2026, through mi.com, Amazon.in and Xiaomi Retail.
