Annamalai University celebrated Teachers’ Day on 05.09.2023. The University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. RM. Kathiresan delivered the presidential address and congratulated the teachers.
Dr. V. Thiruvalluvan, Vice-Chancellor, Tamil University, Thanjavur, the Chief Guest of the Teachers’ Day Celebration explained to the students about Dr. S. Radhakrishnan’s services to the nation and the importance of the Teachers’ day. He awarded certificate of appreciation to the Best Teachers selected from each Faculty and also to the Teachers who have completed thirty years of service.
Dr. K. Vijayarani, Dean, Faculty of Arts welcomed everyone and Dr. R. Singaravel, Registrar i/c proposed the Vote of thanks. Dr. M. Prakash, Controller of Examinations, Members of the Syndicate, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Departments, Directors, Joint and Deputy Directors, Assistant Registrars, Public Relations Officer, Protocol Officer, Personal Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor, Personal Assistant to the Registrar, Section Officers, Faculty, Staff and students were present on the occasion.
