Cataracts are a major cause of blindness among the elderly in India, affecting over 60% of this population. In a dedicated effort to promote eye health and raise awareness about cataracts, Maxivision Eye Hospitals announces a free cataract evaluation test exclusively for senior citizens. This initiative is part of the hospital's observance of Cataract Awareness Month, aiming to educate the public on the importance of early detection and treatment of cataracts.
The cataract evaluation test which will be running throughout the month of June will include Free Eye Examinations thorough eye check-ups to detect cataracts and other eye conditions, consultations from the hospitals expert ophthalmologists and informative sessions on cataract prevention, symptoms, and treatment options.
