Kalasalingam University, Department of Commerce organised two days international conference on “Managament and Business Practices (IConMBP)-2024 “and Dr. K. Sridharan, Chancellor presided over the function.

Dean, Dr. P. Ganesan, spoke on conference over view and introduces all 36 speakers across the globe. He introduced, Professor Dr. Mahesh Ramakrishnan Pillai, Skyline University, Dubai, UAE. Dr. V. Muthu Pandian, Sikkim University, Sikkim, Dr. Mohamed Naveeth, University of Technology and Applied Science, Sultanate of Oman, Dr. Sanman, Jain Nelikar, Stirling School of Management, UAE Prof. Dr. Razana Juhaida Johara, UiTM, Malasiya and also experts from Pune, kalkatta, new Delhi, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Punjab.

The Chief Guest, His Excellence Dr. Bayissa Badada Badassa, State Minister of Innovation and Technology, Government of Ethiopia inaugurated the conference and addressed on Integration and collaboration in exchange of ideas and Innovation. The Honourable Minister also lauded the Kalasalingam University for its opinion in new ideas generations and implementation. Hence, he joined and pursuing Ph.D in Management at Kalasalingam University.
The Chief Guest also released the Conference research article souvenir.
Insurance Ombudsman, Chennai, Dr. K. Prabakaran, spoke on Banking Security, Safety and Distribution of financial products and its Technological Education with all Artificial intelligence.
CMA. A. Selvam, AM, ICMA, Madurai, addressed on 5.0 industry revolution for the economic development in the country.
