Kalasalingam University, the Department of Aeronautical Engineering organized COPTOTHON 2025, a Drone Design & Build Challenge conducted as part of VINTRA 2025.
164 students forming 47 teams participated and worked creatively to design, build, and fly drones from scratch.
Students showcased exceptional skills in aerodynamics, propulsion, control systems, and endurance testing, truly pushing the boundaries of innovation and teamwork.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized BOT-O-CAR 2025, an RC car. 105 participants from all departments, forming 28 teams who worked in the RC car design.
Varsity Vice President Dr.S.Shasi Anand distributed cash prices to first three places. The Vice Chancellor Dr. S. Narayanan and the Registrar Dr. V. Vasudevan Congratulated the winners. Dean, Dr.V.Arumugaprabu made the necessary arrangements well.
Dr. Rajpradeesh, Mr. Sebastian and Miss Lathika coordinated the two day events.
