Q2 FY26 Highlights:
Revenue from Operations: ₹987.93 crore, up 51.97% YoY
EBITDA: ₹123.35 crore, up 41.59% YoY
EBITDA Margin: 12.49%
Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹63.99 crore, up 41.98% YoY
Earnings Per Share (EPS): ₹5.25, up 41.89% YoY
For the first half of FY26 (H1 FY26), the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,865.59 crore, up 48.89% YoY, and a PAT of ₹113.88 crore, up 25.65% YoY. EBITDA for the six-month period stood at ₹225.22 crore, reflecting a 34.24% YoY growth, with an EBITDA margin of 12.07%.
Dividend Announcement:
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share (200%) for FY2025-26. The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as on November 14, 2025.
