ECL Finance Limited (ECLF), the NBFC arm of Edelweiss Financial Services Limited, yesterday inaugurated its Small Business Loan Against Property (LAP) branch in Viluppuram. The launch is part of a simultaneous inauguration of 19 branches across Tamil Nadu and Gujarat on the same day.
The new branch in Viluppuram has been established to cater to the increasing demand for structured and timely credit among small businesses in the region. With a strong MSME presence, Viluppuram presents significant opportunities for entrepreneurial growth.
Under its Small Business LAP offering, ECL Finance provides loans of up to ₹50 lakh against residential, commercial and industrial properties. The product enables small enterprises to access formal finance through simplified processes, faster credit assessment and efficient disbursal timelines.
