Salesforce has launched Agentforce Voice in Hindi, enabling businesses to engage customers in one of India’s most widely spoken languages through AI-powered voice interactions. Built on the Agentforce platform, the solution combines conversational AI, enterprise data, and business workflows, allowing organizations to deliver secure, action-oriented, and inclusive customer experiences with built-in guardrails and human oversight.
Designed to understand natural Hindi and Hinglish conversations, Agentforce Voice goes beyond traditional IVR systems by performing intelligent reasoning and supporting complex customer requests. The capability is expected to help organizations expand AI-driven services across Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, creating new opportunities in sectors such as financial services, telecom, retail, and the public sector.
Commenting on the launch, Arundhati Bhattacharya, President & CEO, South Asia, Salesforce, said that the future of AI in India must be conversational, inclusive, and rooted in local languages, with voice emerging as the most natural interface for digital participation. Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Air India, added that local-language AI capabilities such as Hindi can make customer interactions more accessible and personalized, helping businesses improve responsiveness and enhance customer experiences at scale.
