Srivilliputhur, Kalasalingam University celebrated its 102nd Founders’ Day of Founder - Chairman "Kalvi Vallal" T. Kalasalingam with a special ceremony recognising excellence in research, academics and teaching.
The Pro Chancellor Dr. S. Arivazhagi Sridaran presided. The Vice presidens Dr. S. Shasi Anand and Er. S. Arjun kalasalingam addressed and distributed the Research incentives total ₹33.5 lakhs to 149 faculty members for their research contributions and "Research Competency Awards" to 65 faculty members for securing Research funded projects, Patents and Consultancy. Besides "Teaching Excellence Awards" were conferred to 40 faculty members and also presented awards to faculty members for Club activities.
Academic Awards certificates and medals also presented to top three rank holders of 350 students in all programs in year wise.
Dr. S. Narayanan, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. V. Vasudevan, Registrar, felicitated.
Vice President, Dr. S. Shasi Anand remembered the Founder chairman's "Hard working. Dedication and life long learning - (HDL)" and congratulated all the faculty and students to continue striving for strong Academic foundation which helps to learn any time the updated Technology. Annual Research Report -2025 also released by the Vice President.
Director Dr.S. P. Balakannan welcomed all and Director Dr. M. Pallikonda Rajasekaran delivered vote of thanks and both co- ordinated the whole programme along with Director Dr. C. Sivapragasam, IQAC.
All Deans , Directors, Staffs, and Students participated in the function.
