School bags were distributed to students of the Adinarayanan–Chandraleela Memorial Free Evening Study Centre at Muthumalaipuram in Tenkasi district, with support from ZOHO Corporation.
The evening study centre operates from the ancestral home of the late K. Adinarayanan, hereditary trustee of the Sri Thoranamalai Murugan Temple, located on the Tenkasi–Kadayam Road. The centre provides free educational support to rural students and currently benefits more than 100 government school students.
As part of the initiative, free school bags were distributed to the students on behalf of ZOHO Founder and CEO Sridhar Vembu.
The distribution programme was attended by Thoranamalai Murugan Temple priests Srinivasan and Murugesan, Lotus Murugan, Ramakrishnan, Muppudathi Muthu, teachers of the study centre, and the participating students.
The arrangements for the event were made by Thoranamalai Murugan Temple Hereditary Trustee Senbhagaraman.
